Qualified Studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website https://www.qualifiedpipelines.com, together with any other related products, demos, or services that link to these Terms of Service (collectively, the "Services").

Qualified Studio is a web design studio based in Lahore, Pakistan, that builds premium 3D and animated websites, landing pages, and AI-assisted web experiences for dental clinics, fitness studios, restaurants, and other service-based businesses, in Pakistan and internationally.
The information and content made available through the Services are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation, or would subject us to any registration requirement in that jurisdiction. If you choose to access the Services from outside Pakistan, you do so on your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with any local laws that apply to you.
We are the owner of, or hold a valid license to, all intellectual property rights in the Services, including the source code, design, layout, copy, graphics, videos, and any tools, demos, or templates made available through the Services (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the "Qualified Studio" name and logo (the "Marks"). Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws and are provided through the Services "as is" for your personal, non-commercial reference only.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, including the "Prohibited Activities" section below, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and to view or print any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access, solely for your own personal or internal business reference. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our judgment, violates the law or these Terms; (3) refuse, restrict, or remove access to any part of the Services at our discretion and without notice; and (4) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to keep the Services running properly.
These Terms remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. Without limiting any other provision of these Terms, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Services to any person, for any reason or for no reason, including for breach of any representation, warranty, or provision contained in these Terms or of any applicable law or regulation. If we terminate or suspend your access for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and attempting to use the Services again under your own name, a fake name, or on behalf of any third party. We also reserve the right to take any appropriate legal action, including civil, criminal, or injunctive remedies, where warranted.
We reserve the right to change, modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Services, or any part of them, at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion and without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience technical issues or need to perform maintenance, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. You agree that we have no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime. Nothing in these Terms obligates us to maintain, support, update, or continue providing the Services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the "Dispute Resolution" section below, you and Qualified Studio agree that the courts located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
To keep things simple and avoid unnecessary cost, you and Qualified Studio agree to first attempt, in good faith, to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms (a "Dispute") informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Informal negotiations begin once one party sends the other written notice of the Dispute.
If a Dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, it shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules in force at the time the arbitration is commenced. The arbitration shall be conducted by one (1) arbitrator. The seat of the arbitration shall be Lahore, Pakistan, the language of the proceedings shall be English, and the governing law of these Terms for the purposes of the arbitration shall be the substantive laws of Pakistan.
Any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between you and Qualified Studio individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis; and (c) there is no right for any Dispute to be brought in a representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
The following Disputes are not subject to the informal negotiation and arbitration provisions above: (a) any Dispute seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, intellectual property rights; (b) any Dispute related to or arising from allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief. These Disputes may instead be brought before the courts identified in the "Governing Law" section above. If any part of this provision is found illegal or unenforceable, that part shall be decided by such a court instead of through arbitration, and the parties agree to submit to its jurisdiction.
The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including in descriptions, pricing, or availability of work shown. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services and your use of them, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Services' content, or the content of any websites linked to the Services, and we assume no liability for: (1) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content; (2) any personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to or use of the Services; (3) unauthorized access to, or use of, our servers or any information stored there; (4) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; (5) any viruses, malware, or similar code transmitted to or through the Services by any third party; or (6) any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services. We do not warrant, endorse, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Services or any linked website. As with any purchase of a product or service in any environment, you should use your best judgment and exercise caution where appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Qualified Studio, its founder, or anyone assisting in providing the Services be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data — arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the lesser of: (a) the total amount, if any, you have paid to us for the specific Services giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD $100.00. Certain laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Qualified Studio, its founder, and any contractors, partners, or agents involved in providing the Services, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand — including reasonable legal fees — made by any third party arising out of or relating to: (1) your use of the Services; (2) your breach of these Terms; (3) any breach of the representations and warranties set out in these Terms; (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights; or (5) any harmful act by you toward another user or third party in connection with the Services. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim upon becoming aware of it.
We maintain certain data that you transmit to us in connection with the Services for the purpose of managing their performance, as well as data relating to your use of the Services. While we take reasonable steps to back up data, you are solely responsible for any data you transmit, or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services, and we will have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of such data.
Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms all constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications from us, and you agree that any agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You hereby agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders, and other records, and to electronic delivery of notices and records relating to transactions initiated or completed through the Services, to the same extent as if they were on paper and physically signed, except where prohibited by applicable law.
These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted by us in connection with the Services, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Qualified Studio. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of that right or provision. We may assign or transfer any of our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any circumstance beyond our reasonable control. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Qualified Studio.
